With over 40 years of international real estate experience, 20 of which were in Vietnam, James is a British-trained urban planner and development specialist. He has held senior roles at major Vietnamese firms including VinGroup, Vinhomes, BRG Group, and VinaCapital. His notable achievements include leading the Master Plan for Phu Yen Province, which attracted $10 billion in FDI, and finalizing the 1998 Singapore Master Plan.  As Chairman, James leverages his four decades of international real estate experience and extensive network to provide strategic vision, enhance service quality, and attract high-value clients and investments, ensuring AlphaOmega Real Estate's market leadership and success.

Holding a master's degree in architecture from Australia and bringing over 20 years of senior management experience from Vietnam's construction consulting industry, including a prior leadership role at one of the nation's largest firms, his expertise is instrumental in guiding the firm’s project development and upstream value-add strategies. As CEO, Jack’s leadership is pivotal in steering the company’s international strategy, which focuses on bridging Vietnamese real estate opportunities with global investors. Operating from the Ho Chi Minh City headquarters, he directs AlphaOmega Real Estate’s strategic presence across its offices in Singapore and the USA.

Leveraging his experience as former Head of HCMC's Market Surveillance and Deputy Director of ITPC, Mr. Huynh Tan Phong offers AlphaOmega Real Estate unparalleled insight into Ho Chi Minh City's regulatory and investment environment. This, combined with his extensive government and business network, provides AlphaOmega with strategic advantages in compliance, risk management, operational efficiency, and access to key market opportunities.

Anthony brings 15 years of hands-on experience in Vietnam's construction consultancy market to his work. Holding an MBA from La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia), he has honed his skills in commercial management, competitive bidding, and contract administration at NAGECCO, a leading firm in the industry. As a licensed real estate broker in Vietnam, Anthony also possesses valuable market knowledge and transaction expertise.

Keen is a business professional specializing in operations, international trade, real estate, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Business Administration degree from CSU Monterey Bay. He significantly increased sales at a residential renovation company by securing contracts and managing imports. Later, he became a licensed real estate broker (DRE# 01978483), advising clients on property acquisition and development. Driven by his interest in international business, he co-founded a food industry trading and logistics company in Vietnam.
